1. Band Measurement:
- Use a softmeasuring tape with inches on it
- Measure aroundyour ribcage, just under your bust.
- Make sure thetape is snug but not too tight.
- Round to thenearest whole number.
2. Bust Measurement:
- Measure aroundthe fullest part of your bust
- Ensure thetape is not too tight or too loose.
- Round to the nearest whole number.
3. Calculate Cup Size:
- Subtract yourband measurement from your bust measurement.
- Each inchdifference represents a cup size:
- 1 inchdifference: A cup
- 2 inchdifference: B cup
- 3 inchdifference: C cup
- 4 inchdifference: D cup, and so on.
For example, if your band measurement is 34 inches and your bust measurement is 37 inches, the difference is 3 inches, indicating a C cup. So, your bra size would be 34C.
